$30 for adult pre-registration (before midnight July 22nd)
$50 for adults on July 23rd or later.
Minors (16 & 17 year olds competing with the Lifeguards) must fill out waiver form with Parent or Guardian signature and dated; and then turned in at the competition registration site. Click here for downloadable waiver form.

$15 pre-registration (by August 1st)
Coordinators must bring or mail by August 1st the registration form with waiver completely filled out and properly signed and dated. This form can also be used for mail in entries, click here to download form.
