Equipment Drop off
The equipment drop off area will be open/available at 1500 hours
on Wednesday. We will have some staff to assist you with your equipment, if
necessary.
Please understand that no vehicles will be authorized to remain inside the
park overnight. We have limited space for trailers on the PCH side of Lot-9
to remain inside the park overnight. We will do our best to accomodate everyone,
but also understand that space is limited in the event area. Once that area
fills up, you must take your trailer with you off site. We will assist you
with multiple options in case we run out of room.
We may have a courtesy vehicle available to assist you in hauling the larger
items accross the sand due to the width of the beach (200 yards). If you have
a 'sand' trailer for your dory/equipment, please bring it with you. No personal
vehicles will be authorized to drive onto the sand.
We will have 24-hour survellience to secure your equiment.

From Beach Blvd entrance
Enter Huntington State Beach, pay your day-use fee's and head south through
the park, you will see the designated area on your right. All entrance gate
personnel will be familiar with the event, they can assist you.
From Magnolia St entrance
Enter Huntington State Beach, pay your day-use fee's and head north through
the park (a few parking lots), you will see the designated area on your left.
All entrance gate personnel will be familiar with the event, they can assist
you.
Please understand that all competitors should be expected to pay the $10.00
day use fee.
