Beach Flags is an individual event requiring speed and
agility in the soft sand. Competitors compete for flags
in a race similar to musical chairs. The event continues
until there is only one competitor remaining.The Open
division will be the first to start, followed by the
Women, Seniors, Masters, Veterans, and Super
Veterans.
All competitors line up by lying face down in the sand
with their feet at the starting line. At command of the
starter, the competitors sprint to the flags. The last
one remaining is the winner.
